The North Schuylkill School District has unveiled a new bullying procedure for the High School.
It is a very aggressive procedure that involves three steps.
Step 1 - Warning Step: Letting the students involved know that they should stop.
Step 2 - Suspension along with a Cease and Desist letter.
Step 3 - Hearing in front of the school board for possible expulsion
